Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates for Engineering and Manufacturing roles.
• Use ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI tools to improve sourcing, screening and recruitment productivity.
• Search for candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant engineering talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Build talent pipelines across Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive and related engineering domains.
• Use AI and online research to understand technologies, companies and candidate backgrounds.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate data in recruitment systems.
• Work closely with senior recruiters/managers to close positions.

Requirements:

• Smart, curious and technology-friendly individual.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn recruitment and technical hiring.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT/Gemini/AI tools.
• Good internet research and analytical skills.
• Engineering/technical background is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Prior recruitment experience is an advantage, but attitude and learning ability are more important.
