Role - Thermal Engineer
Required technical skills - Thermal simulation using FloTHERM and Ansys, with
electronic package cooling system design.
Experience - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Must-Have Competencies
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in thermal engineering and design, including a minimum
of 4 years of dedicated thermal design experience.
- Thermal simulation and validation experience would be an added advantage.
- Telecom, electronics, or networking domain knowledge.
Hands-on experience with the FloTHERM thermal simulation tool.
- Experience in electronic cooling design areas such as fan trays, cooling methods, PCB-level
thermal modelling and simulations, and electronic-component heat-sink design.
- Candidates who can join at short notice are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and drive results.
Role and Project Overview
The candidate is expected to perform mechanical design using standard tools such as
FloTHERM and Ansys. Most products are sheet-metal driven, and the candidate should have
experience in electronic package cooling systems, reviewing designs for thermal performance,
and conducting thermal analysis. Experience with electronic boards, components, cooling
systems, and thermal simulation is important for the role
