Introduzione

Si ricerca un/una Project Construction Manager esperto/a e motivato/a per la gestione dell’esecuzione di progetti nel settore delle energie rinnovabili (impianti fotovoltaici e sistemi di accumulo BESS) in Italia. La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione completa della fase di costruzione, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, budget, standard qualitativi, sicurezza e normative vigenti.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestire e coordinare la fase di costruzione dei progetti, dal Notice to Proceed (NTP) fino al Commercial Operation Date (COD)
  • Coordinare EPC contractor, subappaltatori e stakeholder coinvolti nell’esecuzione del progetto
  • Monitorare avanzamento lavori, cronoprogramma e costi, assicurando il rispetto di tempi e budget
  • Garantire la conformità alle normative HSE, ai regolamenti locali e agli standard aziendali
  • Supervisionare le attività di cantiere, controllando qualità e processi di commissioning
  • Identificare, valutare e mitigare rischi e problematiche di costruzione
  • Revisionare e approvare documentazione tecnica, metodologie e piani di costruzione
  • Interfacciarsi con team interni (ingegneria, procurement, sviluppo) e partner esterni
  • Fornire report periodici sullo stato avanzamento lavori, rischi e performance alla direzione
  • Supportare la gestione contrattuale, incluse variazioni, reclami e risoluzione controversie

Requisiti

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria (Civile, Elettrica, Meccanica o discipline affini)
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di costruzioni in ambito energie rinnovabili su scala utility
  • Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti fotovoltaici, eolici o sistemi di accumulo
  • Ottima conoscenza dei contratti EPC e delle pratiche di costruzione
  • Familiarità con il contesto normativo e autorizzativo italiano (titolo preferenziale)
  • Ottime capacità di project management e organizzazione
  • Forti competenze di leadership e comunicazione
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
