Il nostro cliente è un gruppo internazionale attivo nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, in forte crescita sul mercato italiano.

Siamo alla ricerca di un Construction Manager che segua i progetti in Italia durante tutta la fase di costruzione, combinando attività di ufficio, coordinamento e trasferte onsite.

Responsabilità

  • Gestire la construction dei progetti in Italia, dalla preparazione fino al completamento e handover.

  • Coordinare EPC contractor, subappaltatori, consulenti e stakeholder coinvolti nel progetto.

  • Monitorare avanzamento, tempi, costi, qualità e sicurezza dei lavori.

  • Effettuare sopralluoghi e supervisionare direttamente le attività onsite.

  • Gestire eventuali problematiche, ritardi, varianti e rischi di progetto.

  • Collaborare con i team interni di Development, Engineering e Legal.

  • Seguire gli aspetti autorizzativi legati alla fase di costruzione; l’esperienza in secondary permitting è fortemente apprezzata.

  • Supportare le attività di commissioning, punch list e consegna finale dei progetti.

Requisiti

  • 5-6+ anni di esperienza in Construction Management o Project Management.

  • Esperienza nella gestione di progetti, dalla fase preparatoria fino alla realizzazione e conclusione.

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Civile o discipline affini.

  • Preferibile esperienza nel settore rinnovabili, in particolare fotovoltaico.

  • Esperienza nella gestione di EPC contractor e subappaltatori.

  • Conoscenza del processo di construction e capacità di gestire aspetti tecnici, economici e di planning.

  • Esperienza in secondary permitting considerata un forte plus.

  • Disponibilità a trasferte e attività onsite in Italia.

  • Persona proattiva, intraprendente e hands-on, con forte senso di ownership e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.

  • Buona conoscenza dell’italiano e sufficiente padronanza dell’inglese per interagire con interlocutori internazionali.
