The Manager, Strategic Communications & Data Visualization is responsible for transforming complex business information into executive-ready presentations and visual narratives that support leadership decision-making and organizational alignment.

In this role, you will partner with senior executives, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to synthesize strategic priorities, business performance metrics, transformation initiatives, and complex insights into clear, compelling, and visually impactful communications. You will leverage advanced presentation design expertise, storytelling capabilities, and data visualization techniques to elevate executive communications and enhance leadership understanding of critical business matters.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with exceptional visual communication skills and demonstrates a passion for translating complex information into meaningful and actionable executive-level insights.

Key Accountabilities

Executive Communications & Strategic Storytelling

• Develop executive-level presentations, leadership communications, board materials, strategic updates, and business reviews.
• Translate complex business concepts into concise, compelling narratives that resonate with senior audiences.
• Design communication materials that clearly articulate strategic priorities, key decisions, risks, opportunities, and business outcomes.
• Ensure messaging is aligned, audience-focused, and effectively supports strategic objectives.

Data Visualization & Business Insights

• Transform quantitative and qualitative information into intuitive visual stories that drive understanding and action.
• Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, scorecards, infographics, and performance reporting materials.
• Communicate business performance, operational metrics, and strategic progress through impactful visual narratives.
• Apply best practices in data storytelling, information hierarchy, and visual communication.

Presentation Design Excellence

• Leverage advanced PowerPoint capabilities to create polished, executive-ready presentations with a high standard of visual excellence.
• Develop innovative layouts, graphics, visual frameworks, and presentation structures that enhance clarity and engagement.
• Establish and maintain presentation design standards, templates, and best practices across the organization.
• Continuously enhance communication effectiveness through modern presentation design techniques and visual storytelling methodologies.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Collaborate with executives and business partners to identify communication objectives and key messages.
• Challenge and refine content to improve clarity, focus, and executive relevance.
• Provide consultative support and subject matter expertise on presentation design, storytelling, and executive communications.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and responsiveness.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Design, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in executive communications, management consulting, strategy, business enablement, transformation, presentation design, or related fields.
• Experience preparing presentations and communications for executive leadership, board-level audiences, or senior business stakeholders.
• Experience communicating performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes to leadership audiences.

Knowledge & Skills

• Exceptional visual storytelling and presentation development capabilities.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a portfolio demonstrating executive-level presentation design.
• Superior ability to synthesize complex information and distill key messages into concise, impactful narratives.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, business performance management, and executive reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools preferred.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or comparable platforms is an asset.
• Strong proficiency within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
