Presales Engineer (HPE)

En TDSYNNEXMéxico buscamosun(a) PresalesEngineer(HPE) para apoyar el crecimiento de nuestro negocio de infraestructura y Data Center. Serás responsable de brindar asesoría técnica especializada enprocesosdepreventa,diseñandosolucionesdevalorbasadasentecnologíasHPEyapoyandoaclientes,canalesyequiposcomercialesenlaidentificaciónydesarrollodeoportunidadesdenegocio.

Esta posición es ideal para profesionalesconexperienciaenservidores,almacenamiento,hiperconvergenciaysolucionesdeinfraestructuraempresarialquedisfrutencombinarconocimientotécnico,consultoríayrelacionamientocomercial.

Responsabilidades:

• Actuar como referente técnico en procesos de preventa para soluciones HPE y tecnologías de Data Center.

• DiseñarydimensionarsolucionesdeinfraestructurabasadasentecnologíasHPE.

• Brindar asesoría técnica especializada sobre soluciones de servidores, almacenamiento, hiperconvergencia, respaldo, replicación y nube híbrida.

• Desarrollarpropuestasyarquitecturasalineadasalosrequerimientosdelcliente.

• Colaborarconequiposcomerciales,partnersyfabricantesparaimpulsaroportunidadesdenegocio.

• Realizarpresentacionestécnicas,demostracionesysesionesdetransferenciadeconocimientoparadiferentesaudiencias.

• Mantenerseactualizado(a)entendencias,certificacionesysolucionesdelecosistemaHPE.

• Apoyarladefiniciónyejecucióndeestrategiastécnicasparaelcrecimientodelaunidaddenegocio.

Conocimientos y Experiencia:

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.

• De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles de preventa, ingeniería de soluciones, consultoría técnica o implementación de infraestructura de TI.

• Experiencia trabajando con clientes, canales o partners tecnológicos preferible.

• ExperienciaentecnologíasdeDataCenter,servidores,almacenamientoe hiperconvergencia.

• Conocimientodesolucionesderespaldo,recuperacióndedatos,nubehíbridaeinfraestructuraempresarial.

• Capacidadparacomunicarconceptostécnicosaaudienciastantotécnicascomoejecutivas.

• DeseablecontarconcertificacionesoexperienciaensolucionesHPE.

• Orientaciónalcliente, pensamientoanalíticoyresolucióndeproblemas.

• Comunicaciónefectivayhabilidadesdepresentación.
