Process Engineer Technician III

Job Summary

We areseekinga hands-on and proactive Process Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations. This role acts as a first-line technical problem solver to ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will support process validation, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistengineers invalidatingnew equipment and manufacturing processes

• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor

• Participatingin cross-functional activities to improve operational performance

• Assistin evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with local regulations

• Support the development of technical capabilities across departments

• Fabricate andmaintainbasic jigs and fixtures to improve product quality and delivery

• Maintainaccuraterecords and compile reports asrequired

• Collaborate with the broader engineering team to support operational goals

• Build andmaintaineffective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering support role

• Experience working in a production or factory environment

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic project coordination experience

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles

• Understanding ofESD best practices

• Ability to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment

• Good communicationskills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Team player with the ability to work independently whenrequired

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
