Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling TW’s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products and providing existing customers with excellent support. 

You will also act as a link between the business and the customer in order to establish trust, increase knowledge, and make sure that TW’s products are presented in a way that appeals to customers.    

Location of Employment: Grand Baie & Bagatelle

a. Customer Service:

• Ensure an outstanding experience upon arrival of customers and visitors (greeting process).
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, both in-person and through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and online chats. Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and answer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up with customers after sales, address any concerns or issues promptly, and ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Constantly build knowledge of each product.
• Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customer.
• Ensure all special request from customers are entered on TW’s internal system as appropriate after clearance from Showroom Manager.
• Assist in handling complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.     

b.    Showroom & Sales:

• Work towards achieving or exceeding the sales target as set by Management. This involves actively prospecting and identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
• Ensure the zones and display guidelines are being adhered to on a constant basis:

1.  Keep zone tidy and clean.
2. Products pricing / Identification codes / Promotional tags are well displayed at all times.
3. Sold or on order tags to be affixed in their respective zones.

• Assist in the set-up of the showroom.
• Ensure compliance of merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure order reservation as and when specific orders reach.
• Quotes follow ups & conversion.

c.     Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with other internal teams, such as marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing, and timely deliveries.

d.     Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, targets achieved, and potential opportunities for improvement.

e.     Perform any other cognate duties within the scope of responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum HSC or Equivalent qualifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• At least 2-years’ experience in sales environment.
• Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets.
• Customer centric attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
