Assistant Store Manager - Premium Fashion Retail Location: Co. Kildare Contract: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week The Opportunity Teamworx are recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established international fashion retailer in Kildare Village. Our client offers a range of premium fashion, footwear and accessories, with a strong focus on quality, customer experience and commercial performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on retail leader who is passionate about fashion, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining commercial analysis with creativity to drive store performance. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, with a high level of autonomy to contribute ideas, provide commercial feedback and support business decisions.

Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability and overall store performance. Analyse sales data and key retail KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Take a proactive, hands-on approach on the shop floor, leading by example. Contribute creative and commercial ideas to improve customer experience and store performance. Support visual merchandising, stock management and daily store operations. Provide regular commercial feedback and insights to the Store Manager. About You Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar retail management position. A strong background in fashion, footwear, accessories or premium retail. Highly commercial and data-driven, with the ability to interpret KPIs and turn insights into action. A creative, proactive and solutions-focused approach to retail management. Excellent leadership, communication and team development skills. A hands-on management style with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Confident working autonomously while supporting the wider store leadership team. What's on Offer?
