Store Manager - Retail Location: South Dublin Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 per annum Teamworx is recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager on behalf of a rapidly expanding international retail brand with a growing presence across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to play a key role in launching a brand-new store, building and developing a high-performing team, and contributing to the continued growth of a successful international retailer. Our Client Offers Competitive salary of €45,000 - €50,000 per annum Comprehensive onboarding and structured training programme Approximately one month of international training, with all travel, accommodation and expenses covered Additional training in an established Irish store Opportunity to recruit, build and develop your own team Dedicated operational support throughout the store setup and launch Private healthcare following successful probation 2.5% employer pension contribution from commencement Employee Assistance Programme Wellbeing App 50% maternity/paternity pay after one year's service Company mobile phone The Ideal Candidate Previous Store Management experience within grocery, pharmacy, discount or large-format retail Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills Proven commercial awareness, including sales, budgets and KPI management Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced retail operations Ability to recruit, motivate and develop successful teams Excellent organisational and operational management skills A customer-focused approach with high standards of store presentation Flexibility to travel internationally as part of the onboarding programme
