Business Analyst

A Project Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by providing data-driven insights, risk assessments, and performance tracking. They work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Support
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
  • Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and planning tools.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, clean, and analyze project data (e.g., costs, timelines, KPIs).
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Track performance metrics and highlight trends or areas of concern.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
  • Perform impact assessments for project changes or delays.
  • Support issue tracking and resolution processes.
• Process Improvement
  • Recommend process improvements based on project learnings and performance analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of project methodologies and best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication
  • Assist in preparing communication materials, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews as needed.
