Job Summary

Proficiency in Python and API development for building enterprise connectors and system integrations

• Hands on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent to platform interoperability patterns

• Ability to design and implement agentic workflows ‿ including tool use, chaining, and multi step reasoning pipelines

• Experience building and publishing custom AI skills, plugins, or extensions within AI native development environments

• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, knowledge management systems, and their integration APIs

• Working knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and semantic search for grounding agent responses

• Understanding of authentication, security, and data governance when connecting AI systems to enterprise data sources

• Strong debugging and observability mindset ‿ ability to trace, monitor, and improve agentic flow performance in production
