Technical Lead - AI

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, along with proven experience in leading teams and delivering end-to-end AI/ML projects in production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Design and develop scalable machine learning and AI-driven solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from data preparation to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Build and optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Implement and manage MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
• Work on generative AI use cases, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI assistants.
• Ensure best practices in coding, version control, and model governance.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical roadmaps.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate them into solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, AI, data science, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related domains.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading or mentoring teams.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Strong experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience in data processing tools like PySpark and SQL.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Matplotlib.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc. ).
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and ethical AI practices.
