Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning & Budgeting Consultant with 7+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, budgeting models, forecasting processes, financial consolidations, and management reporting, along with integration experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC, SAP Datasphere, and SAP HANA environments.

The consultant will be responsible for leading requirement gathering workshops, designing planning and budgeting solutions, developing data models, configuring planning applications, creating business calculations, allocation processes, forecast scenarios, driver based planning models, and workflow enabled budgeting solutions. The role requires hands on experience in building SAC planning models, data actions, multi actions, advanced formulas, calendar tasks, stories, dashboards, and input templates.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, CAPEX/OPEX planning, workforce planning, profit and loss (P&L) planning, balance sheet planning, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience in integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, BPC, and third party systems is essential.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, FP&A teams, and technical architects to deliver enterprise planning and analytics solutions. Responsibilities include solution design, configuration, testing, user training, deployment, performance optimization, security setup, documentation, and post go live support. The role also involves supporting AMS activities, enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), SAP Group Reporting, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse, and SAP BTP services will be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to independently manage client interactions and solution workshops.
