  • Designs scalable, high performance solutions with disciplined management of governor limits and complex data modelling.
  • Governs integration architecture across REST, SOAP, Bulk and Streaming APIs and event driven Platform Events patterns.
  • Establishes Salesforce DX and CI/CD practice using Copado, Gearset or Jenkins.
  • Manages adoption KPIs across Sales, Service, Commerce and Experience Cloud.
  • Manages architectural risk relating to governor limits, integration constraints, and external dependency.
  • Explains technical concepts and trade offs to non technical stakeholders to support informed decisions.
  • Enforces performance best practice, eliminating hard coding in favour of Custom Metadata Types and configurable design.
  • Mentors developers and coordinates engineering and business teams.
  • Drives systematic remediation of audit findings to improve org health.
  • Org health and audit scores improved across assessment cycles.
  • Solutions conforming to architecture standards; adoption KPIs against target.
