Ai SOlution Architect/Consultant
Exp 10-15 yrs
- Design and lead end-to-end AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation solutions.
- Drive AI and automation use cases across Global Service Desk, Quoting, Ordering, Pricing, Customer Service, and Post-Sales Operations.
- Define architecture for LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and RPA integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver business value through AI-led transformation.
Ensure scalability, security, governance, and deployment of enterprise AI and automation solutions
Must have -
- Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents)
- Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph & similar)
- ML & predictive analysis
- Telecom/Enterprise Operations Domain Experience
- RPA & Intelligent Automation
- AI-powered Service Desk Automation
- Intelligent Document Processing (OCR/IDP)
- APIs, Microservices
- Cloud Architecture (GCP/Azure/AWS & Similar)
