Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer with a strong background in Oracle technologies, specifically in Hyperion Financial Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data analytics to drive business insights and improve financial performance. This role requires a deep understanding of financial data management and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using Oracle tools and Hyperion Financial Management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data driven insights.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support financial planning and analysis activities.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting processes.
• Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and financial reporting systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BI and financial management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial reporting.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a deal breaker.
• Proficient in Oracle BI tools and data visualization techniques.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and reporting standards.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in BI/Analytics roles with a focus on financial management.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle technologies or financial management are a plus.
