Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a strong background in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting data driven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes using Oracle Data Integrator.
• Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses and data lakes.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Document data integration processes, data models, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for data related issues as they arise.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is a deal breaker.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
