Senior SnapLogic Developer
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SnapLogic Developer to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise integration solutions using the SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform. The role requires deep expertise in integrating applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SQL databases, and cloud applications while driving engineering best practices, CI/CD adoption, and AI assisted development.
The successful candidate will act as a technical lead, responsible for architecting scalable integrations, mentoring developers, resolving complex production issues, and driving continuous improvements in integration reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
• 4+ years of hands on experience with SnapLogic.
• Strong experience integrating:
o SAP SuccessFactors
o ServiceNow
o REST APIs
o SOAP Web Services
o SQL Databases
• Deep understanding of:
o Integration design patterns
o API led integration architectures
o Event driven architectures
o Data transformation and orchestration
• Strong expertise in JSON, XML, XSD, REST, SOAP, JDBC, and Web Services technologies.
• Experience implementing authentication and security protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, SAML, SSL/TLS, and API security frameworks.
DevOps & CI/CD
• Hands on experience with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Experience designing automated deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of environment promotion strategies and release governance.
• Familiarity with cloud native integration and deployment practices.
Support & Operational Excellence
• Strong experience in L3 production support environments.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex integration failures.
• Strong understanding of SLA driven support models.
AI & Automation Skills
• Experience using AI assisted development platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools..
