Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data Engineering to lead and oversee complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large scale programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering results on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and drive cross functional teams towards success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Data Engineering, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor program performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and addressing any issues that arise.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the program lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Data Engineering, including data architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Proven experience in program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics concepts.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or data engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on Data Engineering.
• Demonstrated success in managing large scale, complex programs in a fast paced environment.
