We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with extensive experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer to join our dynamic team at TechM Blr ECITY. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer journey mapping and optimization, enabling us to enhance our digital marketing strategies and improve customer engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customer journey strategies using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to define and optimize customer experiences across various channels.
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for journey enhancements.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of journey strategies.
Provide technical support and training to team members on Adobe Journey Optimizer functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in customer journey optimization and digital marketing.
Document processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Proficient in data analysis and customer segmentation techniques.
Experience with A/B testing and performance metrics.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and customer experience strategies.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications:
