Job Summary

Role: Sr. Product Manager Retail / Online Banking (Auto Finance)

Location: Plano, TX

Summary:

The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of retail and online banking solutions within the auto finance domain. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, risk, compliance, and customer experience teams to develop and enhance digital products that support customer onboarding, loan origination, account management, payment processing, loan servicing, and self service capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the end to end product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing business requirements, defining product features and user stories, and driving successful delivery through Agile methodologies.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in retail banking, online and mobile banking platforms, consumer lending, auto finance operations, digital payments, and regulatory compliance.
• The Sr. Product Manager leverages customer insights, market trends, and data analytics to improve digital experiences, streamline operational processes, increase customer engagement, and deliver secure, scalable, and customer centric financial solutions that align with organizational goals and drive business growth.

The pay range for this role is $130,000- $150,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
