Job Summary
Title:Director, Digital Health Initiatives
Location: Remote
Experience: 10-20 yrs
We are seeking an experienced Director, Digital Health Initiatives to lead enterprise-scale healthcare transformation programs across Digital Health, Data, AI, Analytics, Platform Modernization, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic healthcare transformation programs from vision through execution.
- Drive digital health, data governance, AI, analytics, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Partner with clinical, operational, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, and operating models.
- Lead provider-focused transformation programs to improve patient care and operational outcomes.
- Manage RFPs, vendor evaluations, implementation partners, budgets, and executive reporting.
- Oversee program delivery, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Healthcare Consulting, Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, or Enterprise Transformation.
- Strong experience working with Healthcare Provider Organizations.
- Proven success leading large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs.
- Expertise in Digital Health Platforms, Enterprise Data Strategy, Data Governance, AI & Analytics, and Platform Modernization.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, PHI, and Healthcare Data Governance.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Clinical Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Operations.
- Strong vendor management, RFP, portfolio, and executive stakeholder management experience.
Preferred
- Experience in Payer, Population Health, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Services.
- Experience delivering enterprise healthcare data and AI transformation initiatives.
The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
