Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT transformation and integration projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large scale infrastructure, cloud, and COTS implementation projects, particularly in multinational and highly regulated environments. This role requires exceptional project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery management skills, with a strong emphasis on Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end delivery of strategic IT transformation and integration projects.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project governance and promote Agile/Scrum ways of working where applicable.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager with a focus on large scale infrastructure, cloud, and COTS implementation projects.
• Strong track record managing complex transformation programs involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience working in multinational, fast paced, and highly regulated environments.
• Excellent project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Expertise in Cloud Platform Operations (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• 10 15 years of experience in IT project management.
