Management

## Overall Responsibility

To provide business application implementation, ongoing support and continuous

improvement in **Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting, Property Leasing and Real Estate

Management**, with supporting expertise in **Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) Property

Management* *.

The role is responsible for providing strong functional expertise across the end to end

lease and property lifecycle, including lease administration, lease accounting, land and

plot leasing, property leasing, turnover/revenue based leases, lead management,

property sales and related billing and financial processes.

The consultant will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Property/Real Estate,

Leasing, Sales, Operations and IT teams to design, configure, implement and support

Oracle solutions, maximizing the use of Oracle standard functionality and industry best

pra ctices.

# Principle Accountabilities

· Develop and support the application implementation project plan and lead the

implementation of **Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting and related property/lease

capabilities**, providing functional expertise across requirements gathering, solution

design, confi guration, testing, training, deployment and post go live support.

· Provide functional expertise across the **complete lease lifecycle**, from

lead/opportunity and lease creation through commencement, billing, accounting,

periodic processing, reassessment, modification, renewal, termination and closure.

· Translate business, operational and accounting requirements into scalable Oracle

Fusion solutions, ensuring maximum use of standard functionality and minimizing

· Provide functional expertise for different **property and leasing models**, including

property leases, land and plot leases, commercial leases, turnover/revenue based

leases and other complex lease structures.

· Support **property sales and related customer processes**, including sales

transactions, customer agreements, payment schedules, billing, receivables and

integration with leasing and Finance processes.

· Provide ongoing post production functional support for **Fusion Lease Accounting

and EBS Property Management**, working with IT Helpdesk, DBA, integration teams and

Oracle Support to resolve incidents and application issues within agreed severity and

pri ority timelines.

· Perform functional requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT,

training, data migration and deployment for new implementations, enhancements and

process changes.

· Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and

optimization of lease, property, sales and financial processes.

· Ensure appropriate integration between Lease Accounting and the wider Oracle

Finance landscape, including **General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,

Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax and Subledger Accounting**.

· Work with technical and integration teams to define functional specifications, data

mappings, interfaces and integration requirements between Oracle and external

property, leasing, sales, banking or other business applications.
