About SKV and the role:
Studiokon Ventures (SKV) is a Gurugram-based workplace and institutional interiors firm spanning design, architecture, civil project execution and in-house manufacturing of modular office furniture. The group operates through three entities - SKV, SIPPL and OB.
The Program Manager will be the CBO's hands-on partner for turning strategy into running programs, with a sharp focus on technology and AI. The role identifies where AI and digital tools can lift sales, design, project delivery, manufacturing and support functions, then drives those initiatives from business case to measurable adoption.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy & program ownership:
- Translate the CBO's strategic priorities into a structured program roadmap with clear scope, milestones, owners and budgets.
- Run multiple cross-functional programs in parallel across business units and group entities.
- Set up program governance: weekly trackers, steering reviews, risk/issue logs and leadership dashboards.
- Prepare board- and leadership-ready presentations, business cases and progress reports for the CBO.
AI & technology transformation:
- Map business processes across sales, design, estimation, project execution, manufacturing, procurement and HR to spot high-value AI and automation use cases.
- Build business cases for each use case: problem, expected ROI, effort, risk and success metrics.
- Lead pilots and rollouts of AI tools - generative AI, LLM-based assistants, AI agents, workflow automation and analytics.
- Evaluate and select tech/AI vendors and SaaS platforms; manage RFPs, demos, commercials and implementation partners.
- Define AI usage guidelines covering data privacy, security, accuracy checks and responsible use.
Execution & stakeholder management:
- Act as the bridge between business teams, IT and external tech partners; turn business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Drive user adoption through training, change management and feedback loops after go-live.
- Track program KPIs and report outcomes in time saved, cost reduced, revenue influenced and adoption.
- Undertake special strategic assignments from the CBO, such as market research, competitor analysis and new-business evaluations.
Required qualifications & skills:
AI & technical depth:
- Strong working knowledge of generative AI and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) - prompt design, RAG, AI agents, and where these tools work or fail.
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI/automation build: chatbots, document intelligence, workflow automation or predictive analytics.
- Comfort with no-code/low-code and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n) and AI APIs.
- Data fluency: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL basics, and a BI tool such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Understanding of ERP/CRM systems and how data moves across them.
Program management:
- Proven record of delivering tech or digital-transformation programs end to end, on time and within budget.
- Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project or similar) and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Ability to write crisp business cases, PRDs and executive summaries.
Behavioural competencies:
- Structured, first-principles problem solver who can work with ambiguity.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leadership and on-ground teams alike.
- High ownership, bias for action and a habit of tracking outcomes, not just activity.
Good to have:
- Exposure to interiors, construction, real estate, manufacturing or other project-based businesses.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or recognised AI/ML coursework.
- Basic Python scripting or experience prototyping AI tools.
- Background in consulting, a strategy office or a founder's office.
