Job Title : Project Manager
Role Overview :
The Project Manager will own end-to-end project delivery and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role involves project planning, client and stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, resource planning, risk and issue management, commercial tracking, presales support, file load and operational activities, and project reporting.
The Project Manager is also expected to understand new products and technologies, analyze business requirements, support solution discussions, estimations and proposals during presales, participate in client engagements and travel when required, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery.

Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end project delivery from planning to closure.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments and drive cross-functional execution.
- Manage client communication, meetings, status updates, approvals, and expectations.
- Track project budget, estimates, billing, CRs, and commercial aspects.
- Coordinate file load operations, data validation, issue resolution, and timely completion.
- Analyze project requirements, operational issues, and data to identify gaps and solutions.
- Understand new products, features, and platforms and coordinate their implementation across projects.
- Support client visits, workshops, discovery sessions, and project discussions as required.
- Drive UAT, release, deployment, handover, and project closure activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Provide regular management reporting and project governance updates.

1. Project Management :
- Own projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality.

- Define plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines.

- Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations and communication.

- Coordinate Technology, Product, QA, Finance, Support, Operations, and other teams.
5. Risk & Issue Management :
- Identify risks/issues, drive resolution, and manage escalations.
6. Client Management :
- Lead client discussions, status updates, approvals, and expectation management.
7. Commercial Management :
- Track estimates, budgets, billing, CRs, and project profitability.
8. File Load Operations:
- Coordinate and monitor regular file/data loads, validations, issues, and business confirmations.
9. Travel & Client Engagement :
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, project discussions, and implementation activities.
10. Product Understanding :
- Quickly understand new products, platforms, features, and business processes and translate them into project requirements.
11. Analysis & Problem Solving :
- Analyze requirements, dependencies, project data, and operational issues to drive effective solutions.
12. Communication :
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and escalation management skills.
Key Skills - Good to have :
- Experience in IT / SaaS / digital project delivery
- Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall / SDLC
- Experience in client onboarding and CR management
- Understanding of resource planning and capacity management
- Exposure to UAT, release, deployment, and file load processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and present new product capabilities
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Willingness to travel based on project/client requirement
