Job Summary

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Ensure Agile best practices and Scrum principles are consistently followed.
  • Drive sprint execution and ensure timely delivery of committed user stories.
  • Monitor sprint velocity and team capacity.
  • Support release planning and program increment planning activities.
    • Coordinate activities across Pega Business Architects, System Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Business stakeholders.
    • Manage multiple workstreams within Pega implementation or modernization programs.
    • Track dependencies across business, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment teams.
    • Ensure alignment between business priorities and development activities.
    • Support Pega delivery governance and quality processes.
