The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Integration Administration and will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a deep understanding of SAP integration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for SAP CPI integration projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Administer and manage SAP integration environments, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions.
• Document technical processes, integration workflows, and support procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and stakeholders on SAP integration tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and integration methodologies.
• Assist in the development of integration strategies and roadmaps.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP Integration Administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and related tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
• Familiarity with various integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, IDoc).
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and SAP Data Services.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
• Certifications in SAP integration technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in technical support or integration roles, specifically with SAP technologies.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
