Job Summary

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with at least 5 years of hands on experience

designing, building, debugging and supporting enterprise grade UiPath automations. The role

carries strong technical ownership of the automation landscape ‿ from solutio n design and

development through to production support, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be expected to reduce recurring incidents, shorten

troubleshooting cycles and raise the overall reliability and delivery q uality of the RPA platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy attended and unattended automations using UiPath

Studio, Orchestrator and the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework).

• Own end to end delivery of automation use cases ‿ from process assessment and

PDD/SDD documentation through to UAT, production deployment and hypercare.

• Debug complex production failures: UI selector errors, application timeouts, queue stalls,

credential/session issues and environment related faults.

• Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes

rather than repeated retriggering.

• Administer UiPath Orchestrator ‿ processes, queues, assets, credential stores,

triggers, robots, machines, folders and role based access.

• Manage and optimise the unattended robot / VM fleet for concurrent execution,

throughput and high availability, including licence allocation and housekeeping.

• Build resilient exception handling, retry logic, logging and alerting so failures are

detected and escalated before backlogs accumulate.

• Integrate automations with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, databases and

native connectors, reducing reliance on screen scraping where feasible.

• Provide L2/L3 production support, maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides, and

support incident and change management processes.

• Enforce coding standards, naming conventions, version control and reusable component

libraries; conduct peer code reviews.

• Mentor junior developers, business analysts and interns, and provide technical guidance

to vendor resources.

• Work with business analysts and process owners to assess automation feasibility,

estimate effort and propose optimal solution designs.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in RPA development, with UiPath as the

primary platform.

• Proven track record of building and supporting production automations in a large

enterprise environment.

• Deep, practical experience in debugging and troubleshooting UiPath automations ‿

Studio debug mode, breakpoints, robot and Orchestrator logs, exception screenshots,

selector validation and anchors.

• Strong command of REFramework, transaction/queue based architecture, dispatcher

• Solid UiPath Orchestrator administration experience across Dev/Test/Prod

environments.

• Proficiency in VB.NET and/or C# for custom logic, invoke code and data manipulation

(DataTables, LINQ, regex, string handling).

• Experience automating web applications, Citrix/virtual environments, desktop

applications, Excel, Outlook and PDF/document processing.

• Working knowledge of SQL and API integration (REST/JSON, authentication, error

handling).

• Experience with version control (Git/GitLab) and structured release/deployment

practices.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the discipline to document findings

clearly.
