Job Summary

Context

⿏Micron is already on Snowflake with a mature EDW; primary reporting in Power BI

⿏ECC to S/4 migration underway; most data models will be lift and shift and retrofitted for S/4 sources

⿏Finance and procurement areas carry significant transformation and complexity

⿏Ingestion via SAP BDC; data currently in the raw layer

⿏Parallel landscapes (ECC and S/4) must run together until data management go live

Requirement

⿏Model: staff augmentation (not contract to hire)

⿏Headcount: start with 12, scaling to 18 and potentially more; phased ramp acceptable

⿏Profile: predominantly developers; Snowflake data engineering, SAP ECC/S4 data understanding (mandatory), SQL, data modeling, ER diagrams; HANA and Coalesce a plus; any CI/CD experience acceptable

⿏Candidates without SAP data understanding go to second priority

⿏Location: India, Hyderabad preferred; remote acceptable for strong candidates

⿏Timeline: build complete by April/May, followed by testing and stabilization

⿏Governance: Micron does not want to manage TechM resources; TechM to provide tech leads handling coordination, attendance and HR matters

⿏On site coordinator in Boise: open to it, subject to the right profile and clear value

⿏Interviews: Micron team to interview every candidate (30 to 40 min tech check), starting within the next couple of days
