We are seeking a skilled Ncion Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform/product development, with a specific focus on Salesforce integration. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast paced environment and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Ncion applications and solutions that meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with existing systems and platforms to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ncion applications and Salesforce integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Ncion development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in Salesforce integration, including API usage and data synchronization.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
