Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team at TechM Blr ECITY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture with a specific emphasis on Adobe tools, particularly Adobe AEM Architecture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align technology solutions with business goals and drive innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise architecture frameworks that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead the architecture and design of Adobe AEM solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and document architecture requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the enterprise architecture landscape.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and practices.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate architectural concepts to stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior architects and technical staff on enterprise architecture principles and Adobe tools.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in Adobe AEM Architecture and implementation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other Adobe tools and technologies (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
• Experience in Agile and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of data architecture and data governance principles.
• Certifications in enterprise architecture or Adobe technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on Adobe solutions.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and architecture design.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
