Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of BMC technologies and will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy and architecture. This position requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and robust technical architectures that align with business objectives.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of BMC tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Document architectural designs, processes, and standards for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in BMC technologies, including but not limited to BMC Remedy, BMC Helix, and BMC Atrium.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution design.
• In depth knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM).
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies and architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in technical architecture, with a focus on BMC technologies.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical leadership role.
