ERP Project Lead MSD

We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-oriented ERP Project Lead / Business Analyst to support multiple ongoing ERP and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business users, project teams, IT, and implementation partners, ensuring seamless coordination, timely decision-making, effective communication, and successful execution of project activities. The primary focus of this role is project execution, stakeholder coordination, CRP facilitation, UAT management, issue tracking, and business engagement across supply chain, Logistics and Manufacturing. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is preferred but not mandatory.

Key

Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Support multiple project work streams and delivery timelines simultaneously. Coordinate project activities between business teams, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners. Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of project deliverables. Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status review sessions. Prepare project status reports and management updates. Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary coordination point between business users and project teams. Facilitate requirement clarification discussions and business workshops. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and business process owners. Ensure business concerns and requirements are properly captured and addressed. Drive collaboration across departments and project teams. CRP, UAT & Business Readiness Plan and coordinate Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and schedules. Prepare and review test scenarios, test scripts, and business validations. Track testing progress, defects, and resolution activities. Coordinate business sign-off and deployment readiness activities. Documentation & Reporting Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and project documentation. Maintain project logs, issue registers, and decision records. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed on time. Support governance and project reporting requirements. Go-Live & Hypercare Support Assist with deployment planning and execution activities. Coordinate go-live readiness reviews. Support post-go-live issue management and business stabilization activities. Ensure smooth transition from project implementation to business operations.

Requirements Required

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business transformation, or project coordination roles. Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams. Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle, CRP, UAT, and go-live activities. Preferred Experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems. Exposure to Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, logistics and Manufacturing. Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.
