  • Mengembangkan data model dan monitoring kualitas data secara berkelanjutan.

B. Persyaratan Pendidikan

Minimal S1 dari jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Statistika, Data Science, atau bidang terkait.

C. Persyaratan Pengalaman

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Intelligence, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengembangan dashboard, reporting, data integration, dan data visualization.
  • Berpengalaman menggunakan SQL dan tools data visualization seperti Power BI, Tableau, atau tools sejenis.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengolah dan menganalisis data untuk menghasilkan insight yang mendukung kebutuhan bisnis/Human Capital.

D. Persyaratan Kemampuan Teknis

  • Menguasai SQL, Power BI/Tableau atau tools visualisasi data lainnya.
  • Memahami konsep data warehouse, data integration, dan business intelligence.
  • Memiliki kemampuan membangun dashboard dan workforce analytics.
  • Mampu menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi insight berbasis data.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan problem solving yang baik.
