- Engineering Development Program (ENDP)

Job Description:

  • Manage multiple challenging projects.
  • Assess current state and define business solutions.
  • Analyze and propose business needs.
  • Facilitate discussions to gather confirmation on requirements / use cases / scenarios.
  • Interact with various teams across energy and resources businesses.
  • Exposure to senior level management team on day-to-day activities.
  • This position needs someone who are tech-savvy, able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve results.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum GPA is 3.0

- Proficient in basic MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Excellent communication and interpersonal with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills
