Employer Branding & Engagement Department Head

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer-branding, employee-engagement, culture, and internal-communication strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure consistent employer-brand messaging across all internal and external channels.
• Lead employer-branding campaigns, employee storytelling, career-site content, social media, recruitment events, university partnerships, and employer-award submissions.
• Manage employee-engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and focus groups; translate findings into measurable improvement initiatives.
• Develop culture-building, employee-recognition, inclusion, town hall, and employee-experience programs.
• Lead internal and leadership communications, particularly for strategic initiatives and organizational changes.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure employer-brand awareness, engagement, communication effectiveness, and program impact.
• Manage the department’s budget, external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Lead and develop the Employer Branding & Engagement team while collaborating with HR, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in employer branding, employee engagement, internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or HR.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a leadership or department-head role.
• Proven experience developing employer-branding, EVP, culture, employee-engagement, or internal-communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of employee experience, talent attraction, organizational culture, and change communication.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and budget-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
• Experience in technology, digital, financial services, consulting, or another high-growth industry is preferred.
