  • Identify referral opportunities and expand the client base through networking and client advocacy
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, KYC requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with investment, legal, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services sales
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio (AUM or revenue targets)
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and capital markets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid professional certifications (e.g., WPPE/CSPA in Indonesia, CFA/CFP is a plus)
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
  • Fluent in English; strong network in the local market is an advantage
