Electro-Mechanical Projects Section Head

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Projects Section Head to lead and supervise industrial electro-mechanical projects, including site erection, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role oversees critical plant utilities and infrastructure, including thermal oil stations, compressed air systems, powder material handling, cooling systems, firefighting networks, and electrical power distribution. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution while supporting the implementation and development of a Maintenance ERP/CMMS system to improve asset management and maintenance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial electro-mechanical systems.

• Oversee Thermal Oil Stations, including boilers and thermal oil distribution networks.

• Manage Compressed Air Stations and distribution pipelines, including compressors, air dryers, and receivers.

• Supervise Bulk & Powder Material Handling Systems, including silos, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and feeding systems.

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of Cooling Towers, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, and Chilled Water Networks.

• Supervise Firefighting Systems, including fire pump stations, piping networks, hydrants, and sprinkler systems.

• Oversee electrical power distribution, MCC panels, VFDs, and PLC field wiring in coordination with relevant teams.

• Ensure project execution meets technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed timelines.

• Lead maintenance system development and support the implementation of a Maintenance ERP/CMMS, including asset tagging and system go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in industrial electro-mechanical projects, erection, and commissioning.

• Proven hands-on site experience with the industrial systems listed above.

• Experience in turnkey industrial projects, contractor supervision, and technical troubleshooting.

• Practical understanding of maintenance management systems and ERP/CMMS implementation.

• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
