• Responsibilities:
  • Lead and champion all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, ensuring strict adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Drive the development and implementation of robust quality management systems, including ISO standards, to optimize processes and product reliability.
  • Oversee critical research and development quality protocols, collaborating closely with R&D teams to integrate quality by design principles from project inception.
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
  • Conduct thorough audits, root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Utilize advanced statistical process control techniques to monitor and improve process performance and product consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and R&D departments to ensure seamless integration of quality objectives.

A significant portion of this experience must be in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related engineering discipline is essential.
• Core Expertise: Demonstrated mastery in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and supporting Research Development processes.
