We work on a hybrid basis; this role will be working 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home

We'relooking for a Head of Electrical Engineering who can inspire and develop a high-performing electronics engineering team while shaping the technical direction across multiple products and programmes.You'llbe responsible fordelivering innovative solutions that align with businessobjectives, ensuring teams consistently achieve project goals while meeting cost, performance, and schedule targets.

You'llcoach and develop engineers into future technical leaders, proactivelyidentifyand mitigate risks, and foster a culture of collaboration by promoting best design practices and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Effectively manage the electronics team to deliver onproject goals across multiple products

• Technical Direction: Direct and review work across multiple projects,teaching others to evaluate designs and determine analysis needs

• Coaching & Mentorship: Coach and mentor engineers through riskassessment, management, and technical communication

• Innovation Culture: Foster a team that delivers product innovation andproposes new ideas with strong business fit

• Organizational Leadership: Build leaders within the org and managecomplex programs to achieve cost, performance, and schedule

What we need from you:

• Communicates effectively across the BU and up to VP/SVPlevel, simplifying complex technical topics

• Wholistic mastery of the Advanced or NPD (Vigor) process andconverge at a Project Leader level

• Frames technical tradeoff discussions and coaches others ontechnical and project communication

• Effective resource planning with the ability to realign teamsto urgencies and pitfalls

• Very knowledgeable of customer needs across all products inthe category
