Role Overview :
As a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI models that drive business intelligence and operational efficiency for our global clientele.
You will operate at the intersection of data science and software engineering, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, product managers, and client stakeholders to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust, production-ready AI solutions.
Your work will directly influence the scalability of client platforms and the accuracy of automated decision-making systems, ensuring that our AI initiatives deliver measurable value in high-stakes environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to automate complex workflows and enhance predictive capabilities for enterprise clients.
- Lead the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications to improve user engagement and internal process automation.
- Optimize existing AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency within cloud-native environments to ensure seamless integration into production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of technical quality and architectural integrity across the team.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI, translating technical insights into actionable business strategies.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and industry trends to continuously improve our internal technology stack and service offerings.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow in large-scale production environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions, including experience with transformer architectures and vector databases.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on MLOps practices and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus within multidisciplinary project teams.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model at our Hyderabad office, maintaining high productivity and engagement with both local and distributed teams.
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI development.
