Job Description
Join Teledyne Microwave Solutions and help keep production plans, materials, and priorities moving in a highly technical manufacturing environment. You’ll support the Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) business, helping teams stay aligned so production requirements and commitments can be met.
What you’ll do
- Support production planning and scheduling activities for Traveling Wave Tube manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate planning, scheduling, and production information.
- Monitor work orders, material availability, and production status.
- Help identify material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and other issues that may affect production.
- Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and other functions to resolve routine production issues.
- Communicate changes in priorities, schedules, and requirements to appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist with production reports and planning data.
- Follow established manufacturing, quality, and documentation requirements.

- Ability to work with detailed production and planning information - required
- Ability to learn manufacturing processes and planning systems - required
- Experience in manufacturing, production planning, materials, or administrative support - preferred
- Experience with enterprise resource planning or material requirements planning systems - preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Additional education in business, supply chain, or a related field - plus

Salary Range:
$44,500.00-$59,300.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
