SALARY RANGE : HKD 40000-60000/ month (open to discuss)
A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities.
As the Airline & Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing interline partnerships with other airlines, to acquire air logistics capacities from HK to other countries/ regions. The role involves managing the end-to-end interline process, fostering strong relationships with partner airlines, and ensuring seamless cooperation for the benefit of both parties to drive maximum commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management: Acquire, build, and maintain strong partnerships with airlines, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
2. Interline Agreement Management: Negotiate and manage agreements with partnership airlines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Operational Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth interline operations and identify areas for improvement.
4. Market Analysis: Explore opportunities to expand and optimize partnerships based on market trends and competition.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team responsible for interline operations and partnerships, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills
- Experience in logistics, airline partnerships, and network development
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the logistics or aviation industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field
