[Remote] TechOps Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Televeda is hiring a TechOps Engineer to maintain and enhance its technology operations. The role focuses on automations, APIs, workflow optimization, and technical systems integrations that support reliable, secure, high-performing operations.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation & Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies and design automated workflows that improve productivity, reduce manual work, and streamline cross-functional processes
• Systems Integration & APIs: Build and maintain integrations between internal and external applications using APIs, webhooks, scripts, and automation platforms
• Technical Systems Design: Evaluate and implement new tools, design end-to-end workflows, and develop scalable technical solutions that support business operations
• Internal Tooling & Enablement: Configure, optimize, and maintain platforms such as Monday.com, Zapier, PostHog, and Televeda's internal Events and Resources APIs
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop automated reporting workflows, operational dashboards, and KPI tracking capabilities to improve visibility and decision-making
• Technical Operations & Support: Troubleshoot internal system issues, maintain documentation, manage integrations, and support teams with technology adoption and process improvements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, working closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and leadership

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business systems engineering, technical operations, systems integration, workflow automation, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and SaaS integrations
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar scripting and querying technologies
• Experience administering and optimizing business tools, including project management, CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues, document solutions, and manage multiple operational improvement projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to pass a federal security clearance
• Experience designing end-to-end technical workflows, integration architectures, data flows, and scalable internal systems
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools for dashboards and operational analytics
• Experience automating CRM workflows, lead enrichment, marketing campaigns, sales operations, and customer engagement processes
• Experience developing AI-assisted workflows, LLM integrations, and intelligent business process automation
• Experience working in a startup, health technology, SaaS, or other fast-moving, cross-functional environment
