    1、深入理解业务场景与数据特征，设计并优化 AI 算法方案（如模型微调、检索增强、多模态融合等），将算法能力转化为可落地的业务效果； 2、负责算法从实验到生产的全链路工程化，包括数据预处理、模型训练与评估、推理服务部署、在线效果监控与持续迭代； 3、在工程实践中持续改进算法效果，通过Prompt优化、模型路由、召回策略、精排等工程手段提升AI应用的准确性、稳定性和效率； 4、跟踪大模型与深度学习前沿技术（如RAG、Agent、多模态等），结合业务痛点推进技术预研与创新应用。
