岗位职责
1、负责AI应用在 PC、Web 及移动端的跨端业务开发和功能迭代。
2、基于 React/TypeScript 等技术栈建设高质量业务页面、组件及跨端基础能力。
3、参与 Electron/React Native 等跨端架构建设，提升代码复用率、研发效率和用户体验。
4、与产品、设计、客户端、算法及服务端团队协作，推动语音交互、Agent 任务执行等核心功能落地。
5、持续推进前端性能、稳定性、工程化及 AI Coding 研发效率优化。
岗位要求
1、2 年以上前端开发经验，熟练掌握 TypeScript/JavaScript、React 及现代前端工程体系。
2、有 Electron、React Native 或其他跨端框架项目经验，具备良好的跨端架构和组件化能力。
3、熟悉状态管理、网络通信、性能优化及前端工程化，能够独立完成复杂业务模块开发。
4、具备良好的产品意识和问题解决能力，关注交互体验及工程质量。
5、熟悉 AI Coding 工具，对大模型、语音 Agent 等新技术有较强兴趣和学习能力。
