岗位职责

1. 负责无屏智能音频设备（录音/工牌类）的音频链路固件开发与调优

2. 完成麦克风采集、编解码、录音存储/缓存、播放提示音等音频通路设计与实现

3. 对接/集成 AEC、NS、AGC、VAD 等音频算法，完成端侧音频预处理与效果调优

4. 基于 RTOS 完成音频相关任务调度、缓冲管理、异常恢复与性能优化

5. 配合硬件完成音频相关外设调试（如 I2S/PDM、Codec、麦阵等）

6. 与系统、应用、算法及云端/App 协作，保障录音完整性、时延与功耗达标

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，电子/通信/计算机等相关专业，3 年及以上嵌入式开发经验

2. 熟悉 RTOS（FreeRTOS / RT-Thread / ThreadX 等任一）下的多任务开发

3. 有消费级或可穿戴音频产品经验优先（录音笔、工牌、耳机、对讲、会议麦等）

4. 熟悉常见音频接口与链路：I2S、PDM、Codec、DMA、环形缓冲等

5. 了解常见音频处理：编解码（如 Opus/AAC/ADPCM 等）、AEC/NS/AGC/VAD 中至少一类

6. 具备较强的问题定位能力（示波器/逻辑分析仪/日志分析），能独立闭环音频问题

7. 主控平台不限（ARM Cortex-M / 音频 SoC 均可），有量产落地经验优先
