Mission

Réaliser des analyses physico-chimiques afin de caractériser des matières premières, produits en cours de fabrication ou produits finis, et garantir leur conformité aux spécifications.

Activités principales

  • Préparer les échantillons (dissolution, dilution, extraction…)
  • Effectuer des analyses physico-chimiques :
    • pH, conductivité, viscosité
    • spectrophotométrie (UV, IR)
    • chromatographie (HPLC, GC)
  • Utiliser et entretenir les équipements analytiques
  • Interpréter et valider les résultats
  • Rédiger les comptes rendus d’analyses
  • Appliquer les procédures qualité, sécurité et BPL
  • Participer à la validation de méthodes analytiques
